    Oversee the IT Department staff of 6. Key IFS support for all areas of the business. Assisted Mgmt in turning the financial status of the company around by identifying where transactions were not recorded correctly, documenting processes and training personnel. Project Manager for all major IT software projects. Produce project plans, test scripts, user documentation and assist with design and testing. Work directly with users to identify areas of improvement, reduce cycle times and improve consistency. Implemented a custom labor tracking system that provided OPS with real time labor reporting as well as added controls. Reduced the receiving cycle time with a web based front-end application that updates IFS. Designed a solution for capturing in progress labor to calculate estimate to completion values for departure billing. Rectified RNI unidentified variances and designed automated system for monthly reconciliation. Automated AP sub ledger reconciliation process. Solution reduced reconciliation process from days to minutes. Investigated Qwest billings and reduce cost by $47k annually while increasing internet bandwidth. Improved work order package program by sending notification to materials personnel to review material transactions. This improved finance departure invoice cycle time. Currently purchasing front end is being developed. This solution will add business rule validation and control that will greatly improve data accuracy, proper taxation, GL postings and reduce buyer's time. Automated the revenue accrual process, which reduce the user cycle time from 2 weeks to 2 days.

    Project Manager for HRizon implementation. Converted ADP DOS payroll and HR Profiles to ADP HRizon. Conducted personnel training for both HR and PR. Created reports using Reportsmith for HR and PR. Once the system was live supported live modules and participated in implementing training and recruiting modules. Configured and implemented SAP accounts payable module for Japan and Singapore. Assisted in implementation of FI/CO in Japan.
