The position includes Service, Spares, Marketing, Technical Support, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Within the first two years I took the business segment from an idea to having more than six different products that ITP provided to capital equipment companies and chip manufactures. In this business development we generate all policies, procedures, marketing material, pricing, technology, and systems to manage the growth. Within the account, introduced fundamentals, discipline, career development focus, and managing through true, achievable Goals & Objectives. Reduced cost by closing many open-ended commitments such as free support and spare parts for non-warranty tools. Identified and addressed key problem areas affecting business such as carrying an unnecessary local spares depot, lack of critical spares list acknowledged by the customer, inaccurate warranty reserves and warranty reporting practices, and overall financial understanding.

June 2001 - April 2004 Novellus Systems, Inc. Chandler, AZ
    Director, Global Product Support
The initial priority (Speedfam-IPEC at the time) was to bring consistency and leadership to the group. Within 6 months of taking this position, responsibilities expanded to include management of the Technical Training Department. During the first 12 months, both groups required extensive downsizing and realignment. Reorganizing to align skills/experience to the appropriate positions and focused on key objectives to support the Field Service organization. June 2000 - June 2001 Speedfam-IPEC Chandler, AZ
Global Account Service Manager, Intel Account

Aug 1997 - Jun 2000 IPEC Leixlip, Ireland
Site Manager (Intel F10/F14 & IFO)
Responsibilities of this assignment changed over time. As the positions progressed, the assignment became a true Service Management position for Speedfam-IPECs on-site service contract.
