As CNA Trainer: I conducted the on hands skills training, according to the CNA lessons book. Then I gave classroom group testing. I first, performed the on hands skills, using a mannequin. Such as - changing the pt.'s depends, using a Hoyer lift, changing an occupied bed, repositioning a pt., doing peri- care, dressing bed ridden resident, doing range of motion, vital signs (blood pressure, temp., pulse and respiration) and feedings ext. ( too much to list) . As Trainer (21 skills): I trained the students on all 21 skills that where required in passing the Az. State Board of Nursing. All my students passed with a 100%. As Clinical Supervisor Assist: it was Done at an actual Nursing Home facility. I supervised the students hands on, performing skills that where administrated to an actual patient by one of my students, one student at a time. As I followed the students one by one, overseeing, analyzing and making notes on their performances, making sure they met the standards according to the Az. State Board of Nursing.
