I have had several years of experience in customer service, some of the other jobs that I held have been in the medical field as a front office assistant, some back office when needed, I have worked at the public defenders office dealing with the records, and then promoted after my probationary period to file manager where I would gather files for a group of attorneys who needed them for court, I would make sure that those files were updated and then sent to where they needed to go. I enjoy working with people and helping people that is what I do. My last typing test that I did was 57wpm with 98% accuracy and I do know 10 key by touch. I believe that I would be an asset for any company who is looking for someone who has great customer service skills, organization skills and can multi-task.
