- Audited payroll and invoice processes and saved the company $45,000 in a three (3) months period.

- Oversaw, coordinated, and directed activities and production of entire placements department (which encompasses placements coordinator, recruiter/interviewer and front desk coordinator).
- Hired, trained and developed internal personnel as well as conducted performance reviews and prepared counseling reports.
- Negotiated and quoted client bill rates and candidate pay rates. Prepared client agreements and conduct client credit checks.
- Recruited candidates through setting up and attending job fairs/career fairs, employment ads, word of mouth and referrals.
- Prepared phone screening questions pertaining to each available position and phone screen applicants
