    • Responsible for daily helpdesk and desktop support operations for a Multi-National publicly traded company (NASDAQ: STNR). Duties include providing first, second and third level support and troubleshooting for all corporate user desktops/laptops, mobile devices and network infrastructure. Tracking incidents using Service Desk Express (Magic). Documentation of changes and adhering to change control policies. Ensuring that all helpdesk operations conform to SOX Compliance Policies. Responsible for purchasing, ordering and receiving all IT related equipment. Responsible for creating and deploying a corporate imaging solution for standard desktop/laptop rollouts. Other duties include managing BlackBerry Enterprise server and users, handling any server installs or server support issues as assigned, providing assistance with any Domain administration tasks as assigned. Creating new users in Active directory, managing resources and publishing application in the Citrix Environment. I have also taken lead in major projects such as initial setup and configuration of VMWare environment, initial setup and maintenance of Virtual Servers within VMWare, developing a captive portal wireless appliance for one of the company's land spas. Created scripts and hard drive images to automate the setup and configuration of POS systems for new and existing retail stores.
