Ship Coordinator/Load Master (Forklift) - Developed, implemented and extended supervision processes for precluding damaged and lost product materials aboard Ships, and Piers. Provided production support to supervisors, constant tracking of material, current location and destination. Generated daily and weekly reports of discrepancies and lost or damaged materials as well as man hours to Management. Coordinated the embarkation and disembarkation process of personnel and materials. Arbitrated, conflicting tasks, safety violations and hazmat. Plant Guard, Tool room Attendant, Material Chaser (Handler), Equipment Operator and last 3 years as Ship Coordinator. Ability to drive heavy equipment inside confined spaces and compartments of the ships and piers. Acquire a vast knowledge of shipbuilding and repair procedures and protocols.

Program Director - Crew Leader and later promoted to Assistant Field Operations Supervisor. Trained and supervised crew members. Trained a total of six classes in which consisted in about 25+ people, of 40 HRS each class. Began the hiring process and submitted the appropriate forms for direct deposit and weekly pay. Afterwards, was assigned to assist the Field Operations Supervisor, in quality of work completion and crew management.

Infantry Rifleman - Served in India Co. 3rd battalion 4th Marines 1st Marine Division. Graduated from Basic training and Infantry School, later deployed overseas to Japan and other military bases in the U.S. Trained with the Japanese Army and other NATO Forces. Awards: Good Conduct Medal, Meritorious Unit Citation, Overseas Service Deployment and letters of appreciation. Honorable discharge from active duty.
