    Civil Engineering Project Management: Oversaw such major projects as the construction of runways and aircraft support facilities (water/wastewater) in the Pacific Ocean Division, ($220M), a remodel of existing hospital and utility works (water/wastewater) for the Vandenberg Air Force Base, ($22M), construction of new cooling towers and other civil works (water/wastewater plant design), (Pipelines, Pump Station and lift stations) at a SC power plant ($40M) and canal & railroad work in SC ($100M). These projects were contracted under the US Army Corps of Engineers, Navy Department and US Defense Department.
    • Managed overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control while providing technical direction and QA/QC compliance.
    • Monitored construction units' progress through time-scale reports and developed monthly metrics, status and funding spreadsheets for review by executive leadership.
    • Strictly enforced safety training and safety compliance at all project phases, including use of safe materials and proper handling/disposal of hazardous materials.
    • Conducted analysis and risk assessments; recommended risk mitigation strategies.
    • Reviewed project designs for accuracy, completeness and constructability; provided review assessment summaries and coordinated requirements.
