    Working at The WetSeal Inc I assisted the managers with all Opening/Closing paperwork, Inventory,Major Floor Changes( they where done once a month), Basic Clerical duties, such as filling paperwork and making sure all office supplies where in order. Making sure visuals where to coorporate standards, assited customers questions/concerns with products, and/or pricing issues.

    RobertWayne Footwear is a national retailer for fashionable footwear and accessories and has been in business for over 25 years. It began with a small retail store in the trendy city of Melrose and grew into over 50 stores in 12 states, and i was part of their online division which met and exceeded all store policies. RobertWayne also ownes Shoeteria Footwear, the Industrial footwear retailer has been in business since 1949 and made RobertWayne exceed all expectations they had aquired before the merger was made, now having all the most recent fashionable footwear wasnt enough, but having excellent customer service was needed in order to proceed with the reputation that shoeteria had aquired since it began in 1949. And I was a part of all of that!

    Working for the online division of the company meant that i had to meet all of my daily duties by the end of the day and not to mention solve any or all problems encountered throughout the day. I not only had to fullfill basic clerical duties such as:
    Replying to Emails/Voicemails/Faxes, Opening and Soarting all Incoming and Outgoing mail and forwarding it to the appropriate departments, Answering and forwarding all incoming calls to the appropriate personal.
    But also had to direct all persons walking in to the appripriate location, making sure all items ordered where in stock and shipped , Verifying orders, tracking orders (via UPS, USPS, FedEx), making sure all end of day paperwork was completed properly. Customer Service, such as assiting customers with any questions/ concerns of any product, shipping methods, and payment options. Assist with any if not all inventory updates.
    I also acted as the divisions operations manager; for about 2 months, while they where out on leave.

    Had to stop going because my work was not allowing me to take time to get to class in time.
