Just for the fun of it I have supported several small businesses around Pulaski TN. I have thorough knowledge of American Express Company's IT infrastructure and understand the impact of planned changes to the environment. As I have done planned changes and know the impact when they run out of the scheduled window and how they will impact the rest of the downstream production. I have used CA7 & CA Manager for scheduling and restarts CA11 file management CA1 for tape management. I have used Lotus Notes for our internal email. Knowledge for TCP/IP and FTP from both the UNIX server side and Mainframe side. Daily use of JCL in the batch production environment and troubleshooting technical malfunctions to ensure the daily schedule does not miss any deliverables. Excellent knowledge of windows XP.

There were 2 of us in the helpdesk handling everything from power outages, network outages, to PC, and printer issues. Honestly it was the most enjoyable job I ever had.
