Just wanted to give a shout out to our Eagle location in the West side, and Troy Irvine for making them the first store to hit goal company wide. Awesome job taking over Eagle, and hitting goal Troy, thanks for "doing the deal" and not giving excuses of why it couldn't be done, and instead made your own reasons as to why it could be. Keep it going, and get that act goal to 100% your getting close!

I know you are faced with numerous challenges as a mall manager but even with those you were able to get your team to reach its objectives and this is greatly appreciated. One of the greatest qualities of a leader is example and it's your effort and energy to achieve goals that leads your team to success.
